Janakpurdham, March 3: The murder accused of Arun Sighaniya, the Chairman of Janakpur Today Communications Group, was arrested in India recently.
Murder accused Mukesh Chaudhary was arrested and was handed over to the Nepal Police on Sunday.
Chaudhary is also accused of his involvement in a bomb blast in Janakpur that took place on at Ramananda Chowk on 30 April, 2012. Five persons were killed and dozens were injured in the bomb blast.
Chaudhary was brought to Nepalgunj on Sunday and handed over to the Nepal Police, it is learnt. Media entrepreneur Singhaniya was murdered on March 1, 2010.
Chaurdhary has been charged of carrying out different criminal activities including murder, kidnap and asking donation in Tarai in the name of Prakash Bidhyarthi and Arjun Chaudhary as the chairman of the Tarai Janatantrik Party and Tarai Student Liberation Front. RSS
